These terms describe how you may use Interview Hero (the “Service”), operated by YOMOO LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Interview Hero is an interview practice tool. An AI voice interviewer runs mock interview rounds with you and writes a report afterwards. It is practice material only; it does not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Plans and payment
Plans, prices and what a practice includes are listed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; one-time purchases do not renew. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Recordings and your content
Sessions are recorded so they can be scored. You keep ownership of what you say, write and draw in a session; you let us process it to run the Service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law or the rules of any interview process you take part in.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
- Do not share your account or resell access to the Service.
Changes and termination
We may change or stop parts of the Service, and update these terms, with notice on this page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. AI feedback can be wrong or incomplete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
